Pay Transparency ReportDir. (EU) 2023/970

Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use Pay Transparency Report, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with clear headings, labelled form fields and landmark regions.
  • Keyboard access throughout, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
  • Text alternatives where images carry meaning, and decorative images marked as such.
  • Status is always carried by text and shape, never by colour alone. The transposition-status pills and the in-scope verdict carry a word and a distinct shape, not just a colour.
  • Colour contrast that meets AA for body text, and layouts that reflow without loss of content down to a 320px viewport, with wide tables scrolling within their own container.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences; there is no essential motion or auto-playing content.

Known limitations

The interactive scope checker and the country tracker table are data-dense. We have labelled and structured them for screen readers, but if any control or cell is unclear with assistive technology, please tell us so we can fix it. The paid report is delivered as a PDF; if you need the same content in a different format, contact us and we will provide it.

How to report a problem

If you find an accessibility barrier, email us with the page, your browser and assistive technology, and what happened. We aim to respond within five working days and to fix confirmed issues promptly. Contact details are on the privacy page and in your order confirmation.
