Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Pay Transparency Report and your purchase of a report. By using the site or buying a report you agree to them. Last updated 12 July 2026.
What you are buying
A one-off, personalised PDF report for a single member state and headcount that you provide. It sets out your in-scope verdict under Directive (EU) 2023/970, your first reporting deadline and cadence, the disclosure and pre-employment obligations, your member state's transposition status, and a dated action timeline.
Guidance, not legal advice
The report and the free checker are educational tools for planning. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. National transposition of the Directive is still moving, and details are clarified in national law. Verify anything you act on with qualified counsel. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions.
Accuracy and dated facts
We take care to base the report on the primary text of the Directive and current law-firm trackers, and we date each fact that can change. We do not warrant that every national status is complete or free of error, because the transposition picture changes month to month. Where a country's status is not confirmed by a current tracker, the report says so rather than asserting a position.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown in euros and charged through Stripe. Because the report is a personalised digital product generated on purchase, it is not returnable once delivered. If your report fails to generate, contains a clear factual error against the cited source, or is not delivered, contact us and we will correct it or refund you.
Acceptable use
The report is licensed to you for your own organisation's internal use. Please do not resell it or republish it as your own product. You may quote from it internally and share it with your advisers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the report or the site is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Contact and changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here. For any question, use the contact address in your order confirmation.
